Hi,
I’m your KEA Fifth District UniServ Director (UD).  I am a full-time staff member employed by the Kentucky Education Association.  I work with members and association leaders in Anchorage, Anderson, Bullitt, Carroll, Eminence, Henry, the Kentucky School for the Blind, Oldham, Owen, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble counties, which together create KEA’s Fifth District.
My duties include helping local associations grow in their ability to advocate for themselves and for public education in their communities.  When members have questions or concerns about work issues, I can assist them personally, or get them in touch with other resources KEA and NEA offer.  I also provide training to members at the local, state, and national levels.
While my office is locacted in Louisville, I try to attend most local association meetings and events.  I am also available to meet with members at their schools or present workshops for groups of members on topics such as:
·         An Introduction to the Association
·         Your Professional Rights and Responsibilities 
·         Getting the Most from Your Membership
·         Who Decides: Policy-Making at School, District, State, and National Levels
